Head Chef

Area of activity

• Lead, train and coach the kitchen team
• Support the team during service times and assist in production
• Plan offers and calculate the menu (lunch and seasonal menu)
• Carry out product orders, regular quality controls and monthly inventory
• Check hygiene regulations and their compliance according to food law
• Responsible for apprentices and interns in the kitchen

Profile

• Preferably completed chef apprenticeship and several years of professional experience as a Head Chef in a comparable establishment
• Sound specialist and product knowledge
• Passion for processing fresh and high-quality products
• High quality standards and resilience
• Good German skills, other foreign languages are a plus
