Your mission

For one of our hotel clients, based in Bulle, we are looking for a Catering & bar employee (M/F). In a high-end environment, you will ensure quality service and contribute to the experience of each customer. Your tasks: Ensure efficient and professional service in the restaurant and at the bar; Prepare the mise en place, take orders and serve customers; Respect hygiene and safety standards; Participate in service innovation and special events; Report operational needs to managers; Monitor daily production and manage quantities

Your profile

You are a dynamic, neat person committed to service, comfortable in a demanding and international setting. You have: Professional training in hospitality or service (preferably), or training in catering service or bar (an asset); 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant and bar service; Previous experience in a high-end or gastronomic environment (preferably); Knowledge of basic restaurant and bar service standards; A good command of English, French being a plus; You are: Possessing a sense of service; Comfortable accompanying and transmitting your know-how; Attentive to quality and details
