What you move * You ensure an attractive, fresh, and demand-oriented catering service for employees and guests on a daily basis. * You coordinate kitchen production, ensure the highest quality standards, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. * You lead and promote employees, temporary staff, and apprentices and take responsibility for operational deployment planning. * You ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality, and audit requirements and are the contact person for internal as well as external audits. * In the absence of the site manager, you take on total responsibility for the staff restaurant and coordinate administrative tasks, orders, and monthly settlements.
