Your tasks:

• Independent collaboration in the preparation of all dishes according to the menu
• Preparation and processing of fresh ingredients
• Production, preparation, and processing of various doughs and dishes
• Preparation of Turkish as well as vegetarian dishes
• Plating and preparation of wraps, plates, and other dishes
• Execution of general kitchen work as well as assistance with cleaning and tidying activities
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations

Your profile:

• Mandatory experience in the kitchen area
• Skilled and confident handling of knives as well as experience in the preparation of fresh ingredients
• Very good knowledge of Turkish cuisine as well as vegetarian dishes is mandatorily required
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Resilience as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Sense of responsibility and careful way of working
