As a Room Service Employee, you ensure a smooth workflow in room service; this also includes

• Receiving orders by telephone and providing simple advice to guests
• Service of food and beverages in the hotel room
• Preparation of mise en place for the daily workflow
• Preparation of simple drinks for service
• Passing on guest feedback and providing support with requests
• Compliance with cleanliness, standards, and daily tasks according to specifications

Your profile ##

You are interested in working in service and enjoy contact with guests. Additionally, you bring

• Initial experience in service or in the hotel industry is an advantage
• Willingness to carry out simple service tasks reliably
• Careful and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and a friendly manner when dealing with guests
• Good German skills or good English skills
