The Seehotel Waldstätterhof Brunnen hotel comprises 104 guest rooms, the Rôtisserie and Fronalp Lounge restaurants, the Boulevard Café, the lakeside terrace and a hotel bar. Our vast seminar and banquet space offers capacities from 10 to 300 people. A SPA area completes the offering. We enthuse our guests with a high quality standard and contemporary services.

Main tasks:

• Operational management of the reception team
• Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process as well as the daily operations at reception
• Direction, promotion and development of the reception team
• Active guest care as well as professional complaint management
• Responsible for room allocation
• Control of client accounts and accounts receivable invoicing
• Control of availability and allotments on all sales channels
• Assistance in the control of daily closings as well as voucher invoicing
• Participation as Duty Manager and guaranteeing quality standards throughout the entire hotel

These qualities convince us:

• Completed training in hospitality (hotel school, hotel apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
• Experience in hospitality of a similar standing in a comparable position
• Excellent communication skills with impeccable manners and a neat presentation
• Committed, persuasive, reliable, team spirit, flexible and stress-resistant
• Efficient and precise working method with a good understanding of numbers
• Assured and fluent mastery of German and English, other languages are an asset
