Chef de cuisine - Permanent position at 100%

Your missions :

• Develop tasty and original menus in accordance with the restaurant concept
• Lead and coordinate the kitchen team
• Ensure the quality and aesthetics of the dishes
• Manage stocks and place orders with our local suppliers
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Profile sought :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have solid references and, if possible, good professional recommendations
• You have a creative spirit and are able to develop original menus
• You are organized, rigorous, autonomous and capable of leading a team
• Dynamic and operational profile, capable of integrating into a young and active team
• Ideally, you reside less than 30 km from Montreux, given the constraints related to schedules
