On behalf of one of our clients, an establishment located in the Porrentruy region, we are looking for an experienced sous chef, capable of combining culinary requirements with the mastery of high-volume production characteristic of collective catering.

The objective of this position is clear: to evolve the quality and identity of the cuisine while guaranteeing fluid, rigorous, and efficient daily organization.

Job Description ##

• Assist the head chef in the daily organization of the brigade
• Participate in the preparation and presentation of careful and tasty dishes
• Ensure the constant quality of preparations, both in substance and form
• Manage service flows by ensuring speed, efficiency, and regularity
• Supervise the team in the absence of the chef and promote a good working atmosphere
• Apply and enforce hygiene (HACCP) and safety standards

We expect ##

• Proven experience as a sous chef, ideally in semi-gastronomy AND collective catering
• Solid technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and initiative
• Good mastery of hygiene and safety standards
• Valid work permit in Switzerland (or cross-border status accepted)
