Your tasks ##

• Deputy management of the Greenkeeping department, including team coordination and operational control in the absence of the Head Greenkeeper
• Planning, coordination and execution of daily operational tasks in close cooperation with the Head Greenkeeper and the team
• Employee leadership, technical support and training of the team in coordination with the Head Greenkeeper
• Recording, maintenance and updating of resource data in IT systems (Punctus, Kreditworkflow, Excel Mappen, Zeitmanagement)
• Responsible monitoring, compliance and enforcement of applicable health and safety standards
• On-call service for winter operations

Your profile ##

• Certified Greenkeeper or Head Greenkeeper
• Completed vocational training as a gardener or landscape gardener is an advantage
• Basic manual training is an advantage
• Professional permit for the professional use of plant protection products (PSM) present or willingness to acquire it
• Chainsaw certificate present or willingness to acquire it
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• Good IT skills
• You are a team player, resilient, reliable, responsible
• You are assertive and capable of handling conflict
• You enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness for weekend work
