#yourdailybusiness
-Acceptance of reservations via telephone, email and through various booking platforms
-Maintenance and update of individual reservations in the Opera Cloud system
-Active upselling and enrolment of the ALL membership
-Management of the reservation inbox
-Commission settlements
-Support and assistance for weekly administrative tasks
-Close exchange with the Front Office, Meeting & Events and Revenue departments

#yourqualifications
-You have completed commercial training (preferably in the hotel industry) or an equivalent education
-You have already gained (multi-year) experience in reservations in the hotel industry
-You have experience with IT programs such as Opera Cloud as well as MS Office / Excel
-You are a competent and eloquent personality with a confident appearance
-You enjoy taking responsibility and meet all conversation partners at eye level
-High flexibility and commitment are natural for you
-You speak fluent German and English, ideally also French. All other languages are an advantage
-You have the desire and pioneering spirit to be part of a unique project
