These are your tasks:

• Scheduling, motivation and leadership of the service team
• Goods procurement and inventory management
• Settlements and daily closing
• Training and further education of the service staff
• Implementation of the management's specifications
• Control and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Deputizing for the operations manager

About the Schmuggler Alm:

The Schmuggler Alm experience restaurant with panoramic terrace and integrated duty-free shop is located in Samnaun, not far from the border to Austria and South Tyrol. The Schmuggler Alm is a two-season operation: from the end of November to the beginning of May and from mid-June to the beginning of October. Our gastro team consists of 20 to 30 employees.
