Your new task:

• Operative organization and execution of banquets and caterings
• Schedule planning, supervision and instruction of our banquet helpers
• Processing individual event inquiries
• Supporting our guests with the detailed planning of their events
• Creating offers, confirmations, schedules and invoices
• Conducting house tours
• Seasonal support for the restaurant management in à la carte gastronomy
• Administration and operative management for our winter Pop-Up „Heimetli“
• Participation in management meetings

• You bring basic gastronomic training and sound F&B knowledge
• Front professional and host with joy in employee leadership
• Your calm and empathetic manner helps you to calm even the most nervous bride and fulfill special requests with a smile
• Organizational talent, committed, communicative and flexible
• Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel)
• Stylish communication in German and English
• You possess the driving license of category B1
