From summer 2026, Restaurant Roggenhausen will shine in a new light. With seasonal specialties and excursion classics from the region, the restaurant invites you to enjoy and linger.

What you bring with you:

• Experience in a leadership position in gastronomy (e.g., as a deputy host, restaurant manager, or head waiter)
• Host personality with natural warmth and service orientation
• Leadership competence with an eye for team spirit and motivation
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and high resilience

Your tasks:

• Support and representation of the host in the operational management of the restaurant
• Ensuring a smooth service process with a focus on an excellent guest experience
• Host role with a warm and authentic presence – you are the soul of the house
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the service team
• Coordination between kitchen and service for an optimal implementation of the gastronomic concept
• Responsibility for quality assurance, orders, and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Active participation in daily business as well as ensuring efficient roster planning
