The San Gennaro Gruppe stands for genuine hospitality, high product quality and modern gastronomy concepts. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for you as a deputy F&B Manager, who actively helps shape our daily business and supports the F&B Manager.
Your tasks

• Together with the F&B Manager, you bear responsibility for smooth operations in our establishments.
• You participate in the operational leadership of teams in service/bar/production, assist with deployment and duty planning and provide relief during peak times.
• You pay attention to quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction and roll up your sleeves yourself in everyday life.
• You support key figures (revenue, cost of goods sold, personnel costs) and help to derive measures from them.
• You are the link to production, purchasing, administration and management and help drive improvements forward.

Your profile

• Completed Swiss hotel management school
• Strong host personality, structured way of working and enjoyment of a dynamic multi-location environment.
• Understanding of numbers for gastro-key figures as well as confident handling of cash and planning systems.
• Very good German, other languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
