Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) 80 to 100 %, 5600 Lenzburg

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a leadership personality for the new opening of a restaurant in Lenzburg. The establishment has several event rooms and offers regular working hours in shift service.

Your tasks

• Operational management of the restaurant in daily business
• Leadership, planning and further development of a small team
• Responsibility for smooth operations in the restaurant and event area
• Support and coordination of events in the various event rooms
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction and a professional service process
• Responsibility for shift planning, orders and daily administration
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and operational standards
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and management

Your profile

• Experience in a leadership role in gastronomy or hotel management
• Wirtepatent (restaurant license) mandatory
• Completed hotel management school is an advantage
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of operational tasks
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong understanding of hospitality and high service orientation
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
