Chef de partie 100% - CDI

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Under the responsibility of the Chef de Cuisine, you will participate in the preparation and sending of dishes, while guaranteeing the quality, consistency and respect of our establishment's standards.

Your missions

• Ensure the mise en place and preparation of your workstation
• Carry out culinary preparations according to the house recipes and standards
• Ensure the plating and sending of dishes during services
• Ensure the quality of products and compliance with hygiene and food safety rules
• Participate in the reception and control of goods
• Manage the stocks of your section and limit losses
• Keep your station clean and organized
• Collaborate effectively with the entire kitchen team

Profile sought

• Training in cooking (CFC Cuisine or equivalent)
• Proven experience in catering, ideally in a quality establishment
• Good mastery of basic culinary techniques
• Organization, speed and rigor in work
• Team spirit and good communication
• Autonomy, creativity and desire to progress
• Attention to detail and passion for the profession
