Kitchen assistant

Guided by the existing team, your main tasks will be the mise en place, preparation and production of pastries, crepes, viennoiseries,.... You will execute the tasks assigned to you with speed and professionalism. You will be able to ensure the proper functioning of the position assigned to you while respecting current HACCP standards. You will also be required to clean, tidy and maintain the kitchen as well as the cooking utensils.

You have confirmed experience of a few years as a kitchen assistant in collective catering in Switzerland. You are capable of holding a position within a kitchen autonomously and of integrating within new people. Of a calm character, you are dynamic, organized, and easy to communicate with. You consider your profession a passion. You have good resistance to stress

You are available for the entire period. Good command of French (B2) - Variable hours and salary according to CCT Position not provided with accommodation.
