Area of responsibility

• Care of all hotel guests
• Greeting arriving guests directly upon arrival at the entrance using the iPad screen
• Greeting restaurant guests and accompanying them with handover to the Chef de Service
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling general correspondence and its proper filing
• Concierge services – guest care – information service
• Telephone service
• Invoice control (splitting) for departures
• Completing daily closings
• Preparing booking journals and cash reports
• Posting outlet settlements (Kellner, Solbad, Vitalita)
• Maintaining and managing the own cash fund
• Arrival control and arrival preparations
• Handling complaints and forwarding them to the supervisor
• Shared responsibility for the cleanliness of the reception as well as the back office
• Transparent information policy
• Function as an internal service provider for other departments
• Support in training receptionists
• Support in accounts receivable management
• Support in the control of daily closings

Job requirements
You have

• a completed vocational training in the field of hospitality
• joy in dealing with demanding and international individual guests
• you love personal contact with the guest and have a flair for the small details of attentive guest care
• professional experience and/or the motivation to gain it with us
• fluent German skills and very good language skills in French and English
