We are looking for our Passengers service, Ticketing & Disruption sector at Genève airport, a

Ticketing & Disruption Check-in Agent between 80% and 100% (M/F)

Start date: 04.01.2027

Your missions

• Welcoming passengers;
• Providing information to passengers;
• Sale and change of tickets;
• Collection of excess baggage fees;
• "Re-routing" of passengers in case of cancellation or delay;
• Sale of various services (visas, VIP services).

Your profile

• Professional experience in a field involving customer contact;
• Ticketing experience required in a travel agency, airport etc (an Iata training without professional experience is not sufficient);
• French native language or excellent mastery;
• Fluent English;
• Proficiency in IT tools (a good level of Amadeus is required);
• Flexibility;
• Team spirit;
• Punctuality;
• Good presentation;
• Spirit of initiative;
• Good resistance to stress;
• Communication skills;
• Clean criminal record.

Irregular hours every day, including weekends.
