In this leadership role within the Service Center and Gastronomy department, you will shape events with real impact. Together with your two-person team, you will develop and implement inclusive internal events that are oriented towards the needs of the clients of the SSBL. With public events, you will also make the attitude, message, and strategy of the SSBL tangible to the outside world.

What you bring with you

• Tertiary-level education in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• Professional experience in event management or in a comparable service function
• Shaping events that are oriented towards the needs of the clients and enable participation
• Strong organizational, communication, and implementation skills
• Digital affinity as well as interest in process optimization and organizational development
• Experience in the leadership and development of employees

• Planning and implementation of internal, inclusive, and barrier-free events
• Organization and execution of banquets, seminars, and tours for internal and external guests
• Organization and execution of public events that effectively carry the SSBL and its message to the outside world
• Active cooperation as well as taking primary responsibility at events on site
• Cooperation with various internal departments and external partners
• Further developing existing processes in event management and simplifying them with digital solutions
• Participation in the management team of the Service Center and Gastronomy department
• Functional and personnel leadership and development of the two-person team as well as support for a KV apprentice
