Your tasks:
Preparation of authentic Indian dishes according to traditional recipes

• Independent management of a kitchen station
• Responsibility for the quality and presentation of the dishes
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP standards
• Support in the further development of our menu

What you should bring:

• Several years of experience in Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques
• Creativity and passion for cooking
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Independent and structured way of working
• Basic knowledge of German or English is an advantage
