To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are looking for, starting from 01.10.2026, for an indefinite duration, at the Monthey site, a motivated and committed person as a Cook, 60%. ##

Your responsibilities

• You are an integral part of our kitchen team and you work with fresh products, which we preferably purchase from regional suppliers.
• You work autonomously at several production stations in the kitchen, notably in pastry: basic preparations (doughs, creams), cooking, assembly and finishing of desserts.
• You take charge of and serve our demanding clientele in the front-cooking area.
• You ensure at all times the preparation of products, their freshness and their quality.
• You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
• You ensure that the space assigned to you is well organized, clean and complete.
• You systematically respect the prescribed hygiene rules.

Your profile

• Preferably, you have completed a basic training as a Cook CFC or as a System Restaurateur/Restauratrice CFC.
• You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You demonstrate versatility and flexibility: depending on the needs of the service, you intervene in the kitchen and in pastry, with autonomy on sweet stations (mise en place, cooking, assembly and plating of desserts).
• You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and you keep your calm and an overview in hectic situations.
• You convince through your salesperson's intuition, your particular sensitivity to our customers and your positive energy.
• You attach great importance to an autonomous, clean and motivated working style.
• You use the available resources carefully and sustainably.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
