THE POSITION
As a Runner, you support the Chef de Rang and ensure a fast, structured and smooth service.

YOUR TASKS

• Ensure preparation and cleanliness of stations and tables.
• Check orders for service and take-away.
• Serve food correctly and quickly to the tables.
• Keep an eye on guests and tables and support the service team.
• Ensure order in the dining area during and after service.

YOUR PROFILE

• Service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Fast, precise and organized way of working.
• Team spirit, reliability and flexibility.
• Energy, willingness to learn and service orientation.
• German and Italian required, English is an advantage.
