Team Leader

Team Leader (reported profession)

Tasks:

• supervision of team tasks and coordination of activities
• welcoming, assisting, and seeing off guests
• knows the products and their origin regarding their duties and is able to recommend them
• responsible for the storage and care of the equipment necessary for their field of operation
• adheres to all hygiene regulations and legal provisions (HACCP)
• cash desk
• availability in various work sectors and in tasks necessary for the company not included in the listed duties

Requirements:

• experience in the hotel sector is an advantage
• possesses the specific professional skills and knowledge for the assigned tasks
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• customer orientation
• acts reliably and with responsibility and respects commitments and rules
• availability and flexibility in working hours and days
• preferably resident in Bellinzonese and loves contact with children
• driving license type B
• having own transport

• shift work 7 days a week between 05:30 and 22:00
