Das Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for age and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. We also offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden facilities, and the beautiful location complement our services.

To strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a

Service Staff (m/f/d)

starting November 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Professional and proper serving of food and beverages in our restaurant
• Support, advice, and service for our guests (tenants, residents, relatives, external guests, and employees)
• Cash management including daily closing
• Ensuring and maintaining hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Maintenance and care of equipment and furniture
• Collaboration during events, celebrations, and banquets

What you bring with you:

• A completed service training (EFZ/EBA) or career changer with corresponding professional experience
• Appreciative manners, empathy, joy in contact with people
• Reliable, responsible, and efficient way of working
• Host/hostess with passion and a high sense of quality for the profession
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups in the house
• Networked thinking and acting
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during evening events
