• Production of fresh pastries, cakes and confectionery products such as sweets and chocolates
• Production of traiteur products
• Ensuring hygiene and order regulations as well as adhering to the cleaning plan

What you bring with you:

• Basic training as Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur/in EFZ
• Sound knowledge of common production processes
• Joy in working in the pastry and confectionery shop and in teamwork
• Flexibility and reliability for work assignments during the week
• Start of work between 03.00 and 08.00 as well as on an average of two weekends per month
• Open communication and willingness to take personal responsibility and to think ahead
