• Support during internal and external events and occasions
• Ensuring and maintaining all hygiene and quality standards
• Complaints? You resolve these objectively, professionally, and customer-oriented

• Training in service or corresponding experience
• An open, flexible, and committed appearance - preferably with that certain extra
• Passion for hospitality and service, even when it gets hectic
• Well-groomed appearance and appreciative manners
• Very good German skills
