• Preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Quality and process assurance
• Ensuring Mise en Place
• Assistance in the production of the cold/hot kitchen as well as the two corners Burger/Fries and Thai/Poke
• Independent implementation of HACCP guidelines

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further education
• Specialization: as a Cook
• Professional experience: Professional experience in system gastronomy
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Independence and flexibility
• Reliable and precise way of working (incl. good HACCP knowledge)
• German (B1)
