Your task list: ##

• Organization, direction & coaching of approximately 6 to 8 collaborators per service
• Embodiment of enthusiasm for our fresh & delicious dishes
• Active participation in the kitchen at all stations
• Quality assurance at our magnificent buffet
• Responsible for the precise respect of recipes and the implementation of tibits bases
• Implementation and control of quality and hygiene rules
• Management of orders and stocks with Navision
