Your area of responsibility ##

• Independent management or collaboration at the assigned station
• Preparation of daily menus with fresh and seasonal products
• Collaboration with nutritional counseling
• Implementation of prescribed recipes or control of dietary menus

Your profile ##

• Training as a cook with Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent professional experience
• Interest and openness to contribute to the dietary kitchen and to undergo corresponding further training later
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Good German or Italian language skills
• You are a team player, reliable and helpful
