What you will do ###

• Preparation of pizzas, focaccia and other specialties
• Organization of the assigned workstation
• Daily mise-en-place preparation
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Receipt, control and storage of goods orders
• Support to the chef de cuisine for compliance with quality and safety standards

What you bring ###

• Training: Completed basic or continuing training
• Specialization: Completed training as a cook or pizzaiolo
• Professional experience: Several years of experience as a pizzaiolo
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes in the kitchen
• You are a service-oriented, communicative and stress-resistant person
• You are a passionate host
• You have good manners as well as a neat appearance
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
