To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as an assistant cook or assistant cook for Restaurant Rössli in Erlenbach.

Your tasks

Support of the kitchen team with the daily mise en place

Preparation and processing of food

Assistance in the cold and warm kitchen

Support with plating the dishes

Control and professional storage of food

Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards

Assistance with cleaning work in the kitchen as well as with dishwashing and general kitchen work

What you bring with you

Initial practical experience in a restaurant kitchen

Joy in cooking and in handling fresh food

A clean, structured, and efficient way of working

Reliability, resilience, and team spirit

Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Culinary training is an advantage, but not required

Good basic knowledge of German
