Are you a seasoned professional, passionate about your trade and capable of managing your activity autonomously? Do you wish to join a professional environment where your know-how and your experience will be valued? This opportunity is made for you.

You will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and manufacturing of different bakery and pastry products, from setup to baking and finishing. You will ensure compliance with recipes, manufacturing methods as well as quality and product presentation requirements.

Profile sought ##

Autonomous in your organization, you will be able to plan your production, manage priorities and guarantee the regularity of manufacturing. You will also ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of your workspace and equipment.

We are looking for a person having confirmed experience in bakery and pastry, mastering manufacturing techniques and capable of working effectively with a minimum of supervision. Your seriousness, your sense of organization, your rigor and your ability to adapt will be essential qualities to succeed in this mission.
