For our client in the luxury segment, we are looking for a representative and service-oriented personality for the reception, starting immediately. In an environment with the highest demands, you will take on a central role as the first point of contact and contribute significantly to the perception of the company and the customer experience.

Tasks

• You ensure a first-class reception and create an exclusive and professional visitor experience for customers and business partners.
• As a central contact person, you look after guests personally, by telephone, and in writing with the highest service orientation and discretion.
• You ensure a representative appearance of the reception area at all times and pay attention to an environment that meets the high quality standards of the house.
• You coordinate meetings, organize appointments, and ensure smooth processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the organization of the reception area and ensure that all processes function professionally and efficiently.
• With your eye for detail, you actively contribute to the further development of service procedures and internal processes.

Profile

• Several years of experience at the reception of a renowned 5-star hotel in the luxury segment as well as in professional handling of a demanding and international clientele
• Well-groomed, representative appearance, excellent manners, and a strong sense for first-class service
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as a warm, discreet, and service-oriented personality
• Stylish German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, or other foreign languages are an advantage
• Reliable, structured, and team-oriented way of working with a high awareness of quality
• Mature personality with a natural presence, sense of responsibility, and a professional appearance at all hierarchical levels
• Experience in looking after VIP clientele as well as the ability to act confidently and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
