Service Specialist in a part-time capacity approx. 2 to 8 hours per month (m/f)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for motivated and experienced service staff (m/f) in a part-time capacity for approx. 2-8 hours per month, mostly in the evenings and on weekends.

Your tasks: Greeting and looking after guests in the restaurant, at events and meetings; You have a strong service mindset; Taking orders and advising guests on the selection of food and drinks; Ensuring a smooth process in the service area through close cooperation in the team and independent working; Preparation and setting of tables as well as maintenance of the assigned work area to create a pleasant atmosphere; Processing guest feedback and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
Your qualifications: Friendly and professional appearance with a strong service orientation; Ability to work in a dynamic team and to adapt flexibly to different situations; Good communication skills in German; further language skills are an advantage; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
