📍 Location: Aarau, Switzerland
⏰ Workload: 100 % / Full-time
📅 Start: Immediately or by arrangement
📄 Employment type: Permanent full-time position

Your tasks:

• Preparation of authentic Chinese specialties
• Preparation of various wok dishes
• Preparation and processing of meat, fish, seafood and vegetables
• Application of traditional Chinese cooking techniques
• Independent organization of kitchen preparation
• Ensuring quality and hygiene
• Cooperation in daily kitchen operations

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in Chinese specialty cuisine
• Sound knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine
• Good experience with wok dishes
• Experience in a professional restaurant kitchen
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Resilience and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene
• German language skills are an advantage
