As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a dynamic, smiling salesperson-waiter passionate about customer service to join our sales and catering teams. ### Your missions * Welcome, advise and build loyalty with our clientele by guaranteeing warm and professional service. * Ensure the sale of our bakery, pastry, chocolate and other artisanal specialty products. * Carry out table service within our tea-room, from taking orders to payment. * Ensure the preparation and service of hot and cold drinks, in compliance with our quality standards. * Participate in the setup, restocking and careful presentation of our display cases and sales areas. * Ensure the cleanliness and good maintenance of the sales and catering areas. * Participate in the daily management of the shop: opening, closing, payment and tracking of goods. * Guarantee compliance with internal procedures as well as hygiene and safety standards. ### Your profile * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in bakery, pastry, catering or hotel sales. * Holder of a CFC in sales or catering, an equivalent diploma or significant professional experience. * Excellent sense of welcome, service and customer satisfaction. * Neat presentation, natural smile and interpersonal ease. * Dynamism, versatility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Rigor, autonomy and sense of organization. * Team spirit, flexibility and availability. * Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is an asset. * Residence in Switzerland required. ### What we offer you * A full-time or hourly position in CDI within a recognized house in Geneva. * A warm working environment, valuing product quality and customer service. * A dynamic, flexible and committed team. * Autonomy and responsibilities in your work. * Continuous working hours. * Possibilities for professional evolution.
