YOUR TASKS ##

• You assist our private patients in non-medical matters, organize and fulfill the wishes and needs of private patients
• You welcome and bid farewell to our private patients and are responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction as well as supporting the departments with complaints
• You maintain a good working atmosphere and optimal cooperation with all departments
• Administrative activities and the management as well as active work with the CRM complete your task profile

YOUR PROFILE ##

• You have completed training in the field of hospitality or several years of professional experience in the field of guest relations
• You are a communicative, service-oriented and sociable personality
• You are proficient in using modern IT infrastructure and have an independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working
• You enjoy working in a team and are flexibly deployable - your 70% workload is distributed over 5 working days
• Impeccable German skills in spoken and written form are required, any additional language is an advantage
