Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a service-oriented leadership personality for a seminar hotel with a public bistro in Baar. We are looking for a personality who is actively present at the front and ensures a first-class guest experience together with the team.

Tasks

• Operational leadership of the service area in the seminar hotel and public bistro
• Active participation in daily service business with direct guest contact
• Care of seminar, hotel, and restaurant guests
• Leadership, support, and further development of the service team
• Ensuring smooth processes in daily business as well as during seminars and events
• Responsibility for service quality, guest care, and compliance with operating standards
• Support in the planning and organization of seminars, group events, and events
• Collaboration on administrative tasks and staff scheduling

Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Experience as Chef de Service or in a comparable leadership function
• High presence on the floor and enjoyment of direct guest contact
• Strong understanding of hospitality and service orientation
• Team-oriented personality with an active hands-on mentality
• Structured and independent way of working
• Experience in the seminar, hotel, or banquet sector is an advantage
• Very good German language skills
