Fondation Rive-Neuve is a specialized Hospital recognized as a competence center in palliative care in Blonay. In a pleasant and dynamic working environment, we welcome patients and their relatives requiring specialized palliative care support for hospital stays. To complete our teams, we are recruiting:

A Cook - 60%

Main activities

Your activities and responsibilities will be:

• Development, preparation, and service of balanced menus, in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Making homemade products (homemade soup, vegetable broth, desserts, etc.)
• Participation in stock and food management as well as in placing orders
• Participation in the supervision and support of our apprentices active in the kitchen
• Participation in cleaning and maintenance work of the premises and kitchen equipment
• Collaboration in the general smooth running of the kitchen

Profile

The required qualifications are:

• You hold a CFC as a cook or an equivalent training
• Taste for homemade cooking and concern for patient satisfaction
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the kitchen mandatory
• Autonomy, organization, and team spirit
• Good stress management
• Experience in pastry is an asset
• Good knowledge and respect for HACCP standards
