Your tasks

• Leadership, motivation, and support of the service team
• Organization and coordination of the daily service processes
• Ensuring smooth operations as well as high service quality
• Independent management of your own station including cash collection
• Supervision of banquets, seminars, and other events
• Responsibility for the Mise en Place and the optimal preparation of the service
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Professional care and advice for our guests
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and other departments

• Experience in a comparable position in gastronomy
• Distinct leadership and organizational skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communicative competencies
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Polished and friendly appearance
