Deputy Management

Area of activity:

• Represent the management in their absence
• Welcome and competently look after our guests
• Receive and settle service invoices
• Lead and support the service team as well as accompany and train new employees in the front area
• Administrative tasks such as maintenance of the time tracking system and employee administration
• Support during the inventory taking

Profile:

• Passionate host with sound professional experience from a comparable position
• Preferably a degree from a hotel or gastronomy specialist school or equivalent training/further training in the service industry
• Sound wine knowledge
• Initial leadership experience as well as a reliable and structured way of working
• Front-oriented, winning and committed personality with attention to detail
• Very good German skills, other foreign languages are a plus
