What you can achieve:

• Contact person for patients, visitors, relatives, and hospital employees
• Completion of various administrative tasks as well as responsibility for the telephone switchboard
• Responsible for locking and opening rounds

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
• CH citizen or Permit C or EU/EFTA B
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as English skills
• Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle an advantage)
• Helpful and open personality
• Act competently, react quickly, and adjust flexibly to unforeseen events
• Strong service orientation, high sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and independence
• Communicative, open to new things, and confident
• Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Readiness to work in night shifts including weekends
