Job Description

As a true operational link on the ground, you will actively participate in the smooth running of services and ensure a quality experience for the customers.

Your missions will notably include:

• Organizing and supervising the smooth running of services
• Coordinating, supporting and unifying the floor teams
• Actively participating in service and remaining present on the ground
• Ensuring an efficient distribution of sections and tasks
• Guaranteeing the fluidity and quality of service
• Welcoming, advising and assisting customers with professionalism
• Managing special requests and any potential complaints
• Ensuring compliance with the establishment's standards
• Ensuring excellent communication between the floor, the kitchen and management
• Participating in the integration and support of employees

Profile Sought
-----------------

You have confirmed experience as a Maître d'Hôtel or in a similar role, ideally acquired in a brasserie or traditional restaurant.

A field professional, you are recognized for your organization, your reactivity and your ability to support a team while remaining fully operational during service.

You possess excellent presentation, a true sense of welcome and a strong customer orientation.

Mastery of English is indispensable for this position.
