For our residential house in Baden-Dättwil, we are looking for our ristoro for a

Deputy Head of Gastronomy 80%

Your tasks

• You work actively in the ristoro (early and late shifts and 1 weekend per month)
• Support your team during events and their planning
• You are responsible for the deployment planning of the employees in the ristoro
• Support the team management with administrative work & deputy during absences

Your profile

• Completed training as Restaurationsfachfrau/mann-EFZ
• Several years of experience in a similar environment
• You are familiar with working at the cash register
• Ready for the next step: gaining initial leadership experience and taking on responsibility
• Connected thinking and strong organizational and communicative skills
• Flexibility and resilience
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
