Our resort:

The BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE is based in beautiful Scuol in the Lower Engadine. This includes the 4Superior Hotel Belvédère, the 3Superior Badehotel Belvair (incl. the Thai specialty restaurant «Nam Thai») and the 4* Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (incl. gourmet restaurant with the philosophy «Art culinarica alpina»).

The 4* Businesshotel Münchwilen in the canton of Thurgau is also part of it. In the future, the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE will be supplemented by Chasa Plavna in Scuol and the Hotel Flaz in Pontresina.

For our 4* Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal, we are looking for a Chef de Réception immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:

Control of correct reservation acceptance taking into account the specified occupancy and price targets
Control of outgoing correspondence with guests
Supervision of daily and monthly closings
Creation of work schedules as well as maintaining hourly control
Personnel deployment planning in your area
Cleanliness and hygiene control of the rooms as well as the public areas in the absence of the housekeeper
Telephone service
Guest care
Cash management
Check-in / Check-out
Arrival and departure control
Writing the daily half-board menus
Creation of daily and weekly programs
General reception activities

Your profile:

• Completed KV apprenticeship with professional experience in upscale hospitality
• Communication talent and stylish appearance
• Very good German and English skills (Italian skills and any other foreign language are an advantage)
• With warmth and attentiveness, you contribute to the hospitality in our hotel
