Are you our new team member who will support us as a Receptionist as of 01.October 2026 or by arrangement? You will work 5 days per week between Monday and Sunday in early, middle, or late shifts. In doing so, you will also partially work in our 4*-Superior Boutique-Hotel Seidenhof.

Your menu of tasks:

• Ensuring the workflow at the reception
• Welcoming, looking after, and seeing off hotel guests
• Processing and fulfilling guest requests
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• Operating the telephone and information center
• Receiving and processing incoming reservations
• Carrying out professional complaint management
• Creating and processing daily closings
• Maintaining booking channels
• Completion of various administrative tasks
• Compliance with and implementation of the <<Sorell Standards>>, hygiene, and occupational safety guidelines

Your recipe for success:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry EFZ or completed hotel management school
• Experience at a hotel reception
• Good IT knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Very good oral as well as written French and English skills
• German native language
• Ability to work in a team
• Goal orientation and willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic sales personality
