What awaits you:

• Production of a versatile assortment from patisserie and cakes to traiteur and confectionery products
• Deputizing for the Department Manager Pastry & Confectionery during their absence
• Supporting the Department Manager in leading the team of around 12 employees including apprentices
• Co-responsibility for efficient production processes as well as economical goods and stock management
• Ensuring hygiene and order in the department as well as compliance with internal quality standards

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Konditor-Confiseur/in EFZ or Bäcker-Konditor/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in pastry or confectionery
• Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Confident handling of production processes as well as a structured and proactive way of working
• High level of personal responsibility and motivation to develop professionally and personally
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Joy in working in the pastry & confectionery shop as well as a confident and appreciative manner with people
