Introduction

A position in the kitchen is being refilled for a modern mountain gastronomy business in one of the best-known tourism regions in Switzerland.
The kitchen combines high product quality, efficient processes, and a versatile gastronomic offering for national and international guests.
A motivated specialist is sought who takes responsibility for their station and wants to develop further in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

• You manage your kitchen station independently and ensure a smooth process during service times
• You prepare fresh dishes professionally and ensure a constantly high quality
• You support the team in production for daily business as well as for events
• You work carefully with food and pay attention to a professional presentation of the dishes
• You ensure that hygiene and quality standards are maintained at all times
• You actively contribute to the team and support the further development of processes and offerings

Profile

• You have several years of professional experience in a professional kitchen
• You bring sound knowledge in the processing and preparation of food
• You work independently, reliably, and with high quality standards
• You convince through a structured and precise way of working
• You maintain an overview even in intensive service phases
• You have good German and/or English skills at at least B2 level
