Tasks

• Responsibility for a smooth daily routine in the kitchen area
• Technical support and guidance of employees
• Planning and coordination of daily work processes
• Ensuring a constantly high product and service quality
• Participation in the organization of goods management
• Control and compliance with relevant hygiene requirements
• Support in the optimization of internal processes
• Active participation in daily operational business

Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Several years of professional experience in a kitchen environment
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and achieving common goals
• Organizational skills and resilience
• Good German language skills
• Flexible readiness for deployment
